Ben Hayword:  First Financial Credit Union, President & CEO   Ben has over 30 years experience with credit union management. His community and professional commitment includes serving on a city council and city Chief Financial Officer, Board of Director for CUNA's Consumer Protection Advisory Board, and member of NAFCU Regulator Compliance Advisory Counsel.

Vicki Van Horn CFP:  New Mexico Project for Financial Literacy, Founder and Executive Director  Vicki developed four life-cycle workshops for employers to conform with the Pension Protection Act and is active with the New Mexico Commission on the Status of Women. Vicki concluded at an early age that having mastery of your income was more important than the amount of income you had. She is a founding member of this organization.
